Working with us

Great solutions don't just happen - they require a genuine partnership approach. Yes, we have our ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001 development methodology, but that's just the start.

Our positive approach to working with clients has been recognised by a 2010 National Training Award for ‘partnership and collaboration’ with the University of Birmingham on the ‘Skills4uni’ programme.

'The judges found the partnership between Birmingham University and Epic to be a strong one. It was clear that this was not just a supplier relationship, as there was very close working to research and develop a programme, which needed the expertise of both partners.'

Our partnership approach includes extensive support documentation to facilitate smooth development:

  • 'Welcome Pack' - sent immediately a project starts, containing FAQs, checklists and a 5-point action plan
  • 'Working together' - a client's guide to e-learning development
  • 'Guidelines for subject matter experts' - explaining how we engage with SMEs to optimise their time on the project
