'Clued Up' takes a fun slant on this serious issue, focusing on a fictitious building and the characters who work there, presenting a Cluedo type ‘whodunnit' experience. Learners visit different rooms to find a mix of interactive, engaging exercises and activities, such as:

• A ‘virtual' staff room
• Tutorials and quizzes
• A diversity awareness quiz

Using a game-based format has been proven to increase user engagement, enjoyment and knowledge retention. Taking this type of approach is often particularly successful for mandatory training where learners have no choice over their participation.
