Security is high on most organisations' agendas, but even more so within the armed forces. Although RAF personnel are well aware of potential security threats, the increasingly sophisticated 'non-traditional' threats need addressing, particularly among junior officers.

To bring about real behavioural change, we developed a series of realistic scenarios for learners to assess, make decisions on, and see the consequences, both good and bad! The training encourages learners to reflect on what their actions would have been in these situations and modify their behaviour accordingly.
