So how did they address this complexity? They partnered Epic and Pearn Kandola to develop a leading edge blended programme providing immersive e-learning complemented with a one-day workshop.
The elearning offers a dynamic interface - an Air Traffic Control console warning users of potential ‘issues' on their radar. Content includes interactive exercises, assessments and a toolkit.
