Lord Falconer's review identified a lack of awareness of the Human Rights Act coupled with scant understanding of its implications amongst government and the wider public sector. A solution had to be found immediately to prevent the Act falling into disrepute.

A dynamic, engaging, interactive toolkit addressing different aspects of the Act in a variety of real-life contexts proved the perfect solution. The toolkit is based around a mix of modules, tutorials and scenarios which provide learners with an understanding of the processes involved in applying human rights principles in their work.
