E-learning modules map to each phase of a tailored induction, delivering the right messages to the right people at the right time. Alongside offline activities, the e-learning acts as a pre-requisite to face-to-face sessions as well as providing ongoing, just-in-time performance support.

The e-learning is tracked via a simple database, allowing EC Harris to monitor who has accessed/completed each module.
