Kellogg’s Induction e-learning case study

Kellogg’s is passionate about its business, brands and food and wants its staff to feel the same way. Achieving a shared vision and values among the global workforce from face-to-face training alone wasn’t ideal, so Kellogg’s turned to e-learning to improve its induction for new staff.
Using a tailored Moodle site, Epic created a visually engaging and graphically rich programme. It explains the company’s history, core values and principles, and is designed to inspire new employees and help make Kellogg’s the ‘food company of choice’.
New joiners learn how Kellogg’s competency based framework acts as a blueprint for success within the organisation. Additional modules, specifically for senior managers, look at leading and motivating teams and the process of talent management.
