How do you deal with the sensitive issue of helping long-term unemployed people back into the workplace? The challenge becomes greater when many of the target audience have negative attitudes towards education!

We met this challenge by creating a blended solution of online materials supported by a wealth of guidance about how to be successful in the competitive job market. The e-learning also includes opportunities for the learner to practise new found skills and build confidence before applying for a job.

To support the e-learning, a wide range of offline materials including DVDs, workbooks, and "top tip" cards have been developed to aid group discussions, and act as "just in time" refreshers of the key content.
