"We need 60 hours of e-learning in 14 weeks. It must be DDA compliant and conform to e-GIF standards. And by the way...the system's not ready yet!"

We rose to this challenge! Meeting such a tight timescale involved an honest, open partnership with DWP:

• Epic staff working side-by-side with the DWP team
• Prioritising development based on system stability
• Cataloguing screens in an easy-to-use format

A 'Show me, Try it, Test me' instructional approach gives learners hands-on experience, with demonstrations and remedial tips. New skills are then consolidated and assessed in Epic's 'Sandpit' environment, which directly mirrors the Debt Manager system.
