Potential Offer 28/07/05

This morning an announcement was made to the Stock Exchange that Epic had formally received an offer from Huveaux Plc to purchase Epic. This is in effect a follow up to the statement made in June when Epic announced that preliminary discussions might lead to a formal offer.

Chief Financial Officer of Epic, Stephen Oliver, said "There are no changes in project teams or personnel and Epic will continue to be the leader in e-learning. It is business as usual."
