'I set the visual style for the projects I work on - the
overall "look and feel", in other words. It's
really satisfying to see your work on the finished product.
There's a tangible achievement there. I also have to liaise
closely with both clients and producers to make sure I'm
working towards the same thing as they are. So, to some
degree, it's about interpreting other people's ideas and
making them your own.
'Most of the stuff I do is browser-delivered, but I've
done a range of things here, such as kiosks, CD-ROMs, and
even in-train entertainment, would you believe!
'The people are really good at Epic, and the company respects
individuality. Nobody cares if I wear my leopardskin boots
and bring toys into the office!'
