Lead designer

'As a lead designer, I am responsible for ensuring that the completed product meets the clients requirements. Requirements analysis and gathering is a key stage within the project life cycle and designing solutions to meet client, user and technical requirements is often a challenge. Much of my daily routine involves visiting clients to discuss design issues and presenting solutions as well as managing designers and developers working on the project.

'Lead Designers can come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences within the multimedia industry but all designers have a grounding in e-learning and interface design.'
