Project manager

'I used to work as a tester here, so I project manage testing jobs. This involves a lot of liaising with clients, organising training for testers, and allocating work. I help manage the entire testing process.

'This is a fairly new position for me, so I'm learning new stuff every day. That's really satisfying, and Epic are good like that - promoting from within.

'I like the fact that I'm responsible for something from the moment it comes in the door until the moment it leaves. I get to manage something in it's entirety. It isn't a case of just having something dumped on my desk.'
