E-learning Designer

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of Epic, the UK market leader in e-learning and knowledge solutions. Due to an increased workload we are looking to strengthen the Design team at our Brighton offices overlooking the sea.

We are looking for fixed-term/freelance/permanent experienced designers to assist with the writing of e-learning content. You will also assist with the design and implementation of e-learning solutions by working with the client to clarify and develop the content structure. Experience is essential as is skills in the following areas:

• Gathering client requirements, and assessing client needs
• Applying learning design principles, including questioning and assessment techniques
• Designing engaging and effective e-learning solutions
• Displaying excellent client facing skills
• Having excellent writing skills
• The ability to work as a member of a team
