Job Title: Resource Assistant

This exciting new role will be assisting the Resource Manager in
allocating the right people to projects and maximising the skills
and experience available, across a range of disciplines. It will
include allocating work for up to 70 people on about 100 live projects.
You will need to have the following proven skills:
- be an excellent communicator and organiser with good attention
to detail
- have good planning and time-management skills
- have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- have good project management and multi-tasking skills
- have emotional resilience and be assertive when necessary
- have good IT skills
A background in a production management role with resourcing responsibility
would be a distinct advantage, but is not essential. For the appropriately
skilled person, we would consider flexible hours or a part-time
position (minimum 25 hours per week)
