Epic appoint new chairman
John Gordon - Non-executive Chairman
John Gordon joined the Board of Epic as Chairman in October 2004.
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1965 before commencing
a career in corporate finance in the City of London. In 1989 he
was one of the founders and Head of Corporate Finance at Beeson
Gregory Limited where he was responsible for bringing a number of
companies to the Stock Market. Since his retirement in 1996 he has
been non-executive director of several companies and is at present
a director of UCM Group plc, Lavendon Group plc, Alizyme plc and
Imprint Search and Selection plc.
