Andy Bannister

Andy Bannister recently joined Epic, where he took over the position of Service Desk Manager. Andy moved from the dizzy heights of Service Desk Team Leader at Centrica in Staines, Surrey, where he was involved in the largest account migration ever undertaken by any utilities company.

Prior to that he worked on various projects for Accenture (Consultants), including Seeboard / EDF Energy and Thames Water. This involved travelling around the countryto provide on-site training and various presentations around the use of new applications such as Siebel and SAP. It also gave him a better understanding of what support a service desk provides.

With over five years' experience of Service Desk support, Andy is well aware of Epic's clients' expectations, and how to offer smooth and professional post-support.

Outside work Andy can sometimes be seen DJ-ing at various club nights in Brighton; this has more recently taken a back seat to allow him to concentrate on his career in IT. He also plays football for a local team in Worthing and makes music in his studio at home.

Andy and his team are more than happy to discuss specialist support to clients. You can email Andy at andrewba@epic.co.uk
