Epic has telecommunications clients in cable, IP networks, mobile
telephony and telephone network companies.
On behalf of NTL we have successfully completed numerous
e-learning projects, including programmes on induction, compliance
and data protection. We also delivered online systems training on
Microsoft Windows 2000 and Microsoft Office 2000 across all staff,
on both desktop and laptop PCs.
For a global mobile network operator we produced a knowledge management
tool and information resource based around a content-managed website.
This tool has now been rolled out to dozens of franchise partners
around the globe.
For a further mobile operator we provided online training in competition
law. And for one of the world’s leading global communications companies
we recently delivered six hours of high quality e-learning to be
used by more than a thousand project managers across this geographically
dispersed enterprise.
For a London-based satellite communications company we provided
learning in its products and services with an audience of over 10,000
users in 600 companies across the globe. The programme was delivered
in multiple languages including Spanish, French, Chinese and Japanese.
IT
Epic was chosen by SAP, the world's leading provider of
software solutions, to be an e-learning content provider for SAP
Education in the UK. The Building Blocks project, a course in SAP
portal design for customers and partners, was jointly developed
by SAP and Epic. More...
Epic has also provided training in SAP solutions for customer organisations
including SAP
training for B&Q.
We have also partnered with other of the world's leading technology
companies, including EDS, to deliver large-scale initiatives
in knowledge and learning.
