Epic professional is a suite of e-learning courseware designed to
help organisations and individuals within both the public and the
private sectors understand and react to the implications of forthcoming
legislation, regulation and management best practice.
Launched in summer 2006, Epic Professional ensures your organisation
is aware of the affect forthcoming legislations will have on your
business. Our programmes enable your staff to understand the changes
required in process, policy and behaviour to embrace these new developments
and implement best practice.

Accessible Learning…
Epic professional courses provide up to three versions for the price
of one, ensuring your training reaches the broadest possible audience
whenever and wherever it’s needed. To meet accessibility requirements
all programmes come equipped with preference settings – allowing
users with visual impairment to change font sizes and background
colour, screen zoom facility and a screen reader version. Users
also have the option to print screens or save them using the bookmark
feature.
Innovative Blended Learning...
Epic has a long history of creating innovative blended learning
solutions and the Epic professional suite of products has been designed
with this in mind. All programmes have a resources section, which
includes full video (when used in a programme) for impactful classroom
offering, as well as trainer and users guides, printable checklists,
FAQs, and useful web addresses to widen the user learning experience.
Understanding Clients' Individual Needs…
We know that each organisation’s infrastructure is unique.
That’s why we develop our products with a number of delivery
mechanisms in mind. You can use our products via CD, Intranet and
Internet and in various versions to avoid bandwidth issues.
Internet access to our courses is via our secure Epic professional
portal, an innovative web-based interface that houses all your e-learning,
provides comprehensive user management and reporting along with
technical and administration support from the Epic
Service Desk.
