You Lead provides over 30 hours of online leadership materials, together with the facility for learners to meet online and discuss leadership issues. Accredited by Ashcroft International Business School, You Lead provides an optional route to a recognised academic qualification (Certificate, Diploma and BA Hons in Leadership).
