Epic Group plc were voted No 1 by their industry peers in Televisual Magazine's fourth annual survey.

In the sector 'most work delivered on the internet/intranet', which Televisual commented is 'now ubiquitous, delivering on average more than half the work companies do', Epic is an industry leader.

The survey compared new media companies across categories such as number of staff; turnover; number of commissions; UK new media awards won and the company's reputation among its peers.

Epic's CEO comments that ''we have worked hard to get ourselves into a leading position in our market and we're pleased that this survey has uncovered external evidence that we are in such a position, it proves that e-learning is now the killer application as John Cambers of Cisco predicted."
