"E-learning group Epic is trading well with several contract
wins including deals with the National Learning Network and National
Health Service University. It is also set to pay a maiden dividend.
Its balance sheet is strong, with about £10 million net cash (half
its market value) and it generates plenty of cash. The reform of
public services should also boost a company that derives about half
its revenue from Government market sales. At 75p there is room for
more improvement."
