Vision Express
Epic have produced an online induction programme for Vision Express
staff based in their franchise stores. The programme, called Insight,
is an example of the latest use of browser based technology to deliver
training straight to users' desktops.
The highly interactive programme encompasses a rich variety of
media including text, graphics, animation and audio.
This engaging and innovative method of training will be used in
the UK stores initially, with the intention of several different
language versions being produced and distributed throughout the
organisation at a later date.
