Epic employees run for Cancer Research UK

On 3rd July, female staff at Epic took part in the Race for Life to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
Race for Life is a 5k course that is solely for women. The Brighton event is held at Stanmer Park, with an uphill first half and the second half easing downhill towards the finish line.
Emily Edmonds, Marketing Assistant at Epic, commented “I had to start training completely from scratch as I have never been a runner. I surprised myself by running the whole thing and completing the course in 37 minutes. I will definitely be running next year and I’m hoping to raise even more money for Cancer Research UK.”
Epic are delighted to have sponsored for a very worthy cause and look forward to seeing who will be running next year!
