e-learning at Thames Valley Police

We’re delighted to announce we’ve been chosen by Thames Valley Police (TVP) to provide e-learning consultancy and development services.
Working alongside the Thames Valley team, Epic’s consultants will help:
• Define an efficient and effective internal e-learning development process
• Develop strategies to heighten user-engagement
• Improve internal instructional design skills to facilitate a better user experience and learning retention
Following the consultancy phase, TVP and Epic will work together to redevelop an existing Health and Safety programme.
Epic’s Account Manager Andy Costello said, “We are chuffed to be given this opportunity to partner TVP, not just to add a ‘wow’ factor to some of their existing e-learning, but also to conduct some consultancy and help develop their internal learning design team. We’ve already had significant interest from other regional constabularies and now that Thames Valley have led the way, we’re excited about taking this blueprint project further.”
Don Oldcorn of Thames Valley Police commented, “We were keen to ensure that our chosen supplier understood what we wanted to achieve from working with them. Epic’s detailed knowledge of e-learning products and ability to listen rather than sell, were key drivers in our choice to work with them on this project. We have high expectations of what they will produce for us and so far we haven’t been disappointed.”
