Epic helps LBG meet critical deadlines

Epic are pleased to announce delivery of a goal based blended learning programme to support the launch of a new Lloyds Banking Group product, the Premier International Account (PIA).
Timescales were critical for the project with just over 4 weeks available to design, develop and deliver all the learning assets for training rollout at LBG.
Epic’s Project Director, Laura Ansloos, commented: “The team came together under significant pressure to support and drive project sponsors, accommodate changing content and creatively work to deliver on a concept the client absolutely loved.”
These sentiments are echoed by Epic Account Manager, Carys Rowan: “Our long term relationship and understanding of LBG’s products, processes and technical requirements enabled us to hit the ground running, provide excellent service and deliver a creative solution within incredibly tight, business critical timescales. This success is the result of a true partnership approach and lots of dedication shown from Tia our project sponsor and lead SME.”
This isn’t just a one-way view of the project! International Retail Banking Manager, Peter Jackson, commented: “It’s a massive credit to all involved, probably the best product launch training I’ve seen in my 34 years with the bank - well done. I know how much hard work goes into producing something like this. I’m looking forward to delivering it to my team.”
LBG project sponsor, Tia Millar, came right to the point: “I have found them absolutely brilliant. Epic exceeded my expectations."
