Val Laycock: Director of HR Change Partners

Epic have been delighted to work with Val for over 12 years in her role as an HR Change Manager at Lloyds Banking Group (LBG). During this time she acted as a lynchpin, liaising with the client area, learning & development and Epic to deliver projects on time, to budget, and to the required quality.

So imagine our disappointment when we heard Val had decided to leave LBG! This was soon replaced with delight when we realised she was setting up her own Change Management consultancy to provide her expertise to a wider client base.

Val has proven her skills to Epic time and time again, making our lives (and our clients’ lives) easier and we are now looking forward to working together on future projects. We are confident Val’s financial and change management expertise, mixed with our award winning instructional design, will provide our clients with outstanding solutions.
