What does the Service Desk do?
My team provides technical support to users and administrators of Epic’s elearning programmes, who can be anywhere in the world. A typical query? Someone’s forgotten their password. We reset the password and talk them through the log-in. Or a user can’t register, so we check their details in the database and either talk them through registration or do it remotely from here.

Biggest challenge?
It can be hard identifying what the customer’s problem is - it could be anything from a failing server to a functionality issue. Sometimes it’s like trying to find a needle in a haystack, but when we do find the cause it’s great!

Best thing about Epic?
My fantastic team, who make each day fun. We also have lots of contact with the rest of Epic, which I really enjoy – there’s a great mix of people here.
