Naomi is our Director of Learning, researching best practice in learning design to ensure we remain at the forefront of the latest e-thinking. She has a DPhil (PhD) from Oxford University in the use of visual media for learning and teaching, and is a regular speaker at exhibitions and conferences. With a focus on learning-led technology rather than technology-led learning, Naomi works with colleagues to achieve the highest quality solutions for our clients. Her current interests include how to maximise the potential of Web 2.0, informal learning and e-learning to achieve ever more successful workplace learning.

Lars leads Epic in development of new strategic products and services. He has over 18 years’ experience within e-learning and is a well respected thought leader, with a deep understanding of the related fields of learning, communication and technology.
