Naomi is our Director of Learning, researching best practice in learning design to ensure we remain at the forefront of the latest e-thinking. She has a DPhil (PhD) from Oxford University in the use of visual media for learning and teaching, and is a regular speaker at exhibitions and conferences. With a focus on learning-led technology rather than technology-led learning, Naomi works with colleagues to achieve the highest quality solutions for our clients. Her current interests include how to maximise the potential of Web 2.0, informal learning and e-learning to achieve ever more successful workplace learning.

Alec is one of our Senior Learning Consultants, with 25 years' experience in management development and technology-based learning. He leads our communications programme, overseeing the monthly newsletter and development of Epic White Papers and Insights as well as internal initiatives such as ISO 14001:2004.
