Epic Associate Network
We are seeking high-calibre and dynamic freelance instructional design consultants, who can offer vital skills, knowledge and experience to complement our already talented workforce at short notice.
At a minimum, Associates will have at least five years experience in a senior role in e-learning, or learning technologies (e.g. Moodle), or outstanding experience in a related field (e.g. mobile learning). In addition, they should be able to demonstrate at least one of the following for a range of blue-chip (or equivalent) clients:
• Consultancy and/or research to inform learning solutions
• Creation of complex learner-centred design solutions
They will also be expected to have:
• Ability to very quickly get up to speed with client requirements
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Very strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple clients and multiple team members with confidence
• Aptitude for trouble-shooting and problem-solving
• Sharp analytical mind
• A willingness to travel
