What does a Project Manager do?
I’m the customer’s day-to-day contact for all project issues. I organise resources, prepare schedules, monitor timesheets, troubleshoot and talk to clients every day.
Biggest challenge?
I have to continually be ahead of the game, spotting potential problems and finding solutions to ensure we deliver a good solution on time. So the biggest challenge is managing and mitigating risk on the client’s behalf.
Best thing about Epic?
Variety. Nothing’s the same from one day to another. And every day I learn something new.
