Evaluation of e-learning solutions

Evaluation is key to our partnership approach, proving the solution meets the required learning and business objectives, and is a major contributor to winning awards – the key criterion used by award judges is proven business benefits and return on investment.

We typically use the Kirkpatrick model, but are happy to work with clients’ own tools. Evaluation at level 1 (reactions) and level 2 (learning) is standard in all Epic solutions, with online evaluation forms, tracked assessments, online surveys and benchmarking quizzes.

But it’s at level 3 (behaviour) and level 4 (results/ROI) where we really stand out. We have a range of simple, but effective, data gathering/evaluation tools to identify, measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Typically, we use interviews and qualitative/quantitative techniques at key intervals after launch to measure KPIs.

Evaluation results are provided in a Best Value Report, presented in dashboard format, showing the true business benefit of our solution.

'The judges particularly liked the excellent value for money which was being demonstrated and the clear and robust evaluation being carried out.'
