Maintenance of e-learning
New legislation, revised processes, new products/services can all mean your e-learning needs updating. But you don't want to come back to Epic every time.
So we supply clients with our ‘Refresh' tool, specifically designed to ensure ease of maintenance. You simply need basic knowledge of Word to change text, add new screens, replace graphics, change questions, re-order screens and so on.
Step 1: Identify, load and view the MS Word document associated with the programme.
Step 2: Edit the document in Word.
Step 3: Preview changes in Refresh before re-publishing the e-learning
This ensures your team can make text and graphic changes, re-order content, add new pages/questions, alter questions/feedback, etc. Of course, should major changes be needed, e.g. new modules, you may wish to involve Epic – it’s up to you.
This gives you control over new e-learning releases and minimises future costs.
Refresh workshop plus documentation: Using Refresh simply requires a 1-day workshop, delivered by a Senior Epic Developer. You will also be given a Refresh user guide and perpetual user licence.
